We are pleased to announce the official release of the conference handbook and scientific program for the 7th PAGES Open Science Meeting (OSM) 2025. This significant resource is now available on our conference website, www.pages2025.org.cn.​

The 7th PAGES OSM, themed "Earth System Changes from the Past towards the Future", will be held in Shanghai, China, from May 21 - 24, 2025. This conference aims to promote interdisciplinary scientific exchange and international collaboration, and to strengthen the connections among PAGES communities. The meeting will be preceded by the 5th PAGES Young Scientists Meeting (YSM) on May 19 - 20, 2025, also in Shanghai.​

The conference handbook contains essential information for all participants, including registration details, venue information, accommodation recommendations, and local transportation guides. It also provides guidelines on presentation formats, visa application, and code of conduct, ensuring a smooth and productive conference experience for everyone.​

The scientific program outlines a comprehensive program, featuring plenary sessions, parallel sessions, and poster sessions. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics related to past global change research, providing a platform for in-depth discussions among scientists from diverse fields and regions.
