1. Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author
2. The email confirming abstracts submission will be sent to all co-authors listed by the presenting author
3. After completing abstracts, the presenting author can modify the title and description until the abstract submission deadline
4. Only the designated presenting author can edit abstracts
5. All abstracts are reviewed by the convenor of the session to which they are submitted
6. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or not accept abstracts once submitted
7. Designated presenting author can maintain or delete the abstract and its copyright still belongs to the author(s) in all cases
